KeenSense is a browser extension that tracks product prices across retail websites. It stores price history locally on your device, sends you notifications when prices drop, and provides a dashboard to manage tracked products. All data is stored locally using your browser's extension storage.
The Extension is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0-only). The source code is available at https://github.com/fokkoru/keensense. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms and the GPL-3.0-only license.

All code, branding, and design of the Extension are the property of the developer, subject to the terms of the GPL-3.0-only license. The GPL-3.0-only license grants you specific rights to use, modify, and distribute the source code under its terms.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Prices displayed by the Extension may be inaccurate due to:
Always verify prices directly on the retailer's website before making a purchase. The developer is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices shown in the Extension and actual prices on retailer websites.
Price data may be unavailable if retailers employ bot protection, rate limiting, or other technical measures that block automated requests. The Extension cannot guarantee access to all retailer websites or continuous price monitoring for all tracked products.
The Extension interacts with third-party retail websites to extract pricing data. The developer is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites. Your use of those websites is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION OR ANY PURCHASE DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE EXTENSION.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately. You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
